JEA is a not-for-profit community owned utility based in Jacksonville, FL that serves over 420,000 electrical customers. A few ways that JEA communicates to its customer are through monthly newsletters inserted into each customer’s bill, annual water and financial reports. Drummond was able to save JEA 15% on its annual print spend while doubling the size of the monthly newsletter. Drummond provides this solution by printing the newsletter on both sides, folding and trimming inline on its M110 half web press.
