A: On April 2nd, 2018 Drummond is announcing the completion a transaction to acquire ProGraphics.  This is Drummond’s fourth transaction in the Atlanta market, following the purchase of Graphic Communications Corporation in 2012, the print division of RGI in 2015, and most recently the purchase of Sunbelt Printing. This investment positions Drummond as the most actively expanding commercial printer in the Southeastern market and signifies the company’s continued commitment to advancing its comprehensive print solutions for its growing customer base. The terms of this acquisition are not disclosed.

A: Our goal is for this transition to be frictionless for all customers. In the initial days, ProGraphics customers will be notified by the receipt of a welcome packet with a customer profile, information on Drummond and contact details for additional questions or support.  Following that, ProGraphics customers will have the opportunity to consult with their sales person for a wider variety of comprehensive solutions and innovative products.

A: Drummond and ProGraphics have worked hand-in-hand to ensure a smooth transition for all customers. Customers can contact their current sales or client services representatives for more information on this announcement, as well as for any print needs moving forward. We will continue to communicate any additional updates to all customers moving forward.

Q: Is Drummond acquiring any ProGraphics employees as part of the deal?
A: Yes, the ProGraphics employees will join Drummond, effective April 2nd, 2018. This augments our existing team of product experts, production team members, sales, and service support.

Q: How will ProGraphics operate within Drummond?
A: Drummond will be unifying all of its Atlanta operations into the ProGraphics facilities, over the short-term.  Ultimately, the Marietta locations will be absorbed in the Chamblee operation.

Q: Will there be any impact on pricing or contracts in place?
A: No, there will be no changes to pricing or contracts as a result of the transaction.

Q: Will credit line change for ProGraphics customers?
A: There will be no changes to credit terms at this time.
